Her deep understanding of the body's anatomy and digestive system was impressive, informative and very reassuring. She explained the science in a way I could understand immediately and engaged with empathy, understanding and professional medical knowledge. Thankyou.Posted on jamie allenTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great service Layla, Thanks for helping get out of Pre-Diabetic status once and for all!Posted on Anna SharpTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Working with Layla has been a game-changer for me. She explained everything about gut health so clearly — not just what to do, but why certain foods were causing reactions and how my body was responding. For the first time, I really understood what was going on beneath the surface. And the best part? Thanks to Layla, I can now eat avocado again — my favourite food that I had to avoid for the last 10 years! I honestly never thought that would be possible. She’s knowledgeable, supportive, and really takes the time to personalise her approach. Highly recommend!Posted on Fiona ChristoffersTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Earlier this year I found out that I was close to being pre diabetic and also my cholesterol levels were in the high range. I decided to contact Layla, on our first conversation she made me feel so much better. She made a few suggestions as to how I could lower these levels and also introduced me to FMD The Fasting Mimicking Diet which I really liked. It has made a huge difference, not only has everything gone down to a healthy range I have also lost weight which was something I really needed to do. I feel so much better. Layla is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her work. I highly recommend her for anyone who needs help with improving their health. Having heard Layla on Dodge Woodall’s Eventful Lives podcast, I was so happy to finally find the answers I was looking for! I contacted Layla and was very impressed with the service and care she provides. Once my results came back, Layla booked a video call with me, as I am outside the UK, and she went through all my results, explaining each one in depth. Thank you very much for being a part of my journey—you are awesome! GazPosted on MattTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great appointment, very knowledgeable and I look forward to making improvements to my health and overall wellbeingPosted on Evelyn FenneTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Layla is a very friendly and knowledgeable professional. I learnt more about my conditions during my initial session with her than I had previously learned from my GP, Googling, and my online support group in the past 2 years! I have come away with some great ideas for changes to my diet and new supplements to try that should help me going forward. I am looking forward to continuing with a programme of initiatives to improve my general well-being. I would highly recommend Layla to anyone who is struggling with health conditions or who just wants to improve their overall well-being.Posted on Gill AndrewsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. It has been 8 months since Dr Johnson at the Dorset Private Doctors suggested I make an appointment with Layla. I crawled into Layla's consultation room after a dreadful reaction to the Covid Jab and generally feeling very unwell, not eating or sleeping much at all. At the first consultation Layla suggested a specific l blood tests then we went through the results on the second review and Layla made various suggestions all of which I followed to the letter. Now on my third Consultation I am feeling much better, and after a full Blood Test review, apart from my sleeping, absolutely everything else is extremely positive and I feel great. Layla has made some suggestions about why my sleep is so bad, which all made perfect sense, and also suggested some recommendations and treatments to try to see if we can remedy this remaining issue. I cannot praise Layla enough, she is extremely likable, knowledgeable and very professional. If there is an answer to an issue Layla has that answer.Posted on George MannTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
